Application of the drug
Inflammatory and degenerative diseases of the musculoskeletal apparatus, including rheumatoid osteoarthritis, arthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, juvenile rheumatoid arthritis; pain syndrome: neuralgia, sciaticadental pain, , headache, tendonitis, postoperative pain syndrome accompanied by inflammation, pain in oncological diseases, articular syndrome with exacerbation of gout, injuries musculoskeletal and soft tissues, primary dysmenorrheal, adnexitis; pain and fever at infectious-inflammatory diseases of the upper respiratory tract (in the complex therapy).
Hypersensitivity, asthma, "aspirin" triad (combination of bronchial asthma, recurrent polypus’s of the nose and paranasal sinuses and intolerance of acetylsalicylic acid), a violation of hematopoietic, hepatic and/or renal failure, children up to age 1 year.
Application of pregnancy and breastfeeding
Pregnant women may use this medication if the expected effect therapy outweighs the potential risk to the fetus.
drowsiness, dizziness, lethargy, epigastria pain, heartburn, abdominal discomfort, indigestion, transient abnormal liver function, nausea, renal dysfunction, metabolic acidosis, disorientation, apnea, vomiting; bleeding from the gastrointestinal tract; rare — hypertension, respiratory depression, acute renal failure, coma.
Side effects may be different, from digestive tract’s disorder to allergic reactions.
